Movement, breath, flexibility and tightness assessment
Fully customised yoga practice program designed for your individual needs
Hand written Yoga pose guide to take home and an understanding of how to practice to reap the awesome benefits of this long standing healing art
Catch-up sessions to reassess practice, change program as needed, observe progress and to solidify practice and further connection via email and phone as required
Learn how to:
